Over 45 accomplished design projects I was gaining expertise in design project management. My experience includes work with brand identity, packaging design, cafe design and web design. While each design area has unique nuances, the management of the design process remains consistent.
Throughout my career, I mastered essential skills such as design audit, target audience research, brief generation, creative ideas generation, management of design teams, testing and production control. In addition to creative abilities, I am skilled in project management methodologies.
Tools like Kanban, Gantt charts, project management software and agile practices were of a big help to optimize workflows, meet deadlines, and accommodate changing project needs. I am fascinated by utilizing new tech instruments such as AI, Figma, Google analytics, as well as time-tested paper and Adobe software for UX/UI purposes.
At Vatel Marketing, Alexandra headed the Vatel Design division, the demand for whose services began to seriously grow under her leadership. Vatel Design develops brand platform and packaging design.
