Product and brand development

I specialize in leading new product development projects from market research to product launch, encompassing in-depth market analysis, concept development, testing, brand and package design creation and testing. Throughout the entire process I manage design and R&D teams, ensuring seamless collaboration. 

My approach is anchored in two core methods: Design thinking and the Stage Gate process. Design thinking involves immersing into the problem by interviewing, observing and emulating consumers’ behavior, in order to generate innovative ideas. Product concepts are refined through rigorous testing and numerous iterations to ensure positive response from the target audience.

The stage-gate process ensures agile scheduling and alignment of key decisions with the team at each stage of development. Recent notable success is creation and launch of the Feellini brand in late 2021 at Russian market. This product garnered promising responses and played a pivotal role in securing new contracts for the producer.
